Open Pottery Studio

Create, explore, and refine your craft! Enjoy the use of six pottery wheels (including a handicap-accessible wheel), a slab roller, extruder, and dedicated spaces for wheel throwing or handbuilding. We fire at Cone 6 for professional results.

Membership & Pricing:

🔹 $100 for a 5-Punch Pass – Five sessions to dive into your art

PRIVATE CLASSES Dancing Spirit offers private classes to groups of 10 or more students. If your school, homeschool co-op, youth group or club is interested in scheduling a class, contact us to discuss how Dancing Spirit can best meet your needs.
ART FROM THE HEART Short workshops including card making, beading, painting tutorials etc.in which you create a piece of art from the heart to take with you at the end of class. Price varies per class.

Kid's Classes

Dancing Spirit is working on collaborations with the Ignacio Elementary School Activity Friday, With the Southern Ute Indian Montessori Academy and with the Southern Ute Boys & Girls Club.

Camp Creative

THIS PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR THE SEASON. PLEASE CHECK BACK NEXT SPRING.

Camp Creative is a week long art kid's camp that runs each month during the Ignacio School Districts Spring and Summer Break. Each day will include games, activities, arts & crafts and a lunch break.

Each student needs to bring a water bottle and a sack lunch each day.

Please be aware that we will be spending time outside each day, so a light jacket and sunscreen are recommended.

Limited scholarships may be available.

CANCELATION POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your registration, we require you to email us at dancingspiritgallery@gmail.com no less than one week prior to the start of class to be eligible for a refund. Dancing Spirit reserves the right to cancel for low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control and either a full refund or a class or workshop of equal value will be offered. In the event that Dancing Spirit has to cancel due to low enrollment, we will notify you via email one week before the class. Should we have to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via social media and email with as much time as we can provide. It is your responsibility to make sure that you follow our social media pages, and that we have a current email address for us to contact you.
